Lisa serves as Director of Operations & Finance for SVN | The Concordis Group. Lisa oversees the financial, technology & human resources functions within the company.
Lisa has more than 25 years experience in finance & administration. Lisa transitioned into the real estate industry as a buyers sales agent, learning first-hand how to put the client’s interests above anything else.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate practitioner, Lisa spent most of her career in higher education administration, where she developed exceptional management and financial skills working with “thought leaders”. She spent 10 years at a premier Ivy League institution managing one of the highest ranked real estate programs in the world.
Outside of the office, Lisa is passionately involved in community service and various professional activities. Curenntly, she sits on the Executive Board of the McKinley Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization and serves as its Treasurer. She is also a member of the McKinley Civic Association in her neighborhood.
Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School.
Stephen C. Weick, MSREI – Senior Advisor, SVN | The Concordis Group has over the last nine (9) years practiced commercial real estate, advising and consulting with notable clients throughout the U.S. With a strong focus on detail and analysis, Steve has consulted with private equity firms, large corporations, universities, healthcare systems and governmental agencies in creating tailored strategic real estate plans and solutions. One of Stephen’s notable government consulting assignments focused on the City of Salisbury’s (MD) real estate strategy to optimize their leased and owned assets, specifically re-developing their downtown through a public-private partnership.
Most recently, as a member of the SVN National Corporate Real Estate services team, Steve concluded a contractual engagement acting as the East Coast transactions manager for The Cellular Connection, the largest national Verizon Premium Retailer. In this role he was tasked with managing the lease transaction process for all retail locations throughout multiple states, including Pennsylvania. Transactions included lease renewals, relocations and the opening of new locations over an accelerated timeframe.
Stephen has also co-developed a new real estate tool (Corporate Real Estate Earnings Diagnostic, “CREED”), in partnership with SAP and Johns Hopkins University on asset management and optimization, scheduled to be released in the 3rd quarter of 2018. Additionally, his interest in government real estate led him to research and write a whitepaper in government asset optimization. Stephen’s work highlights federal, state and local real estate practices and strategy for which he earned the Mueller Award for the most outstanding institutional investment thesis amongst the Class of 2017 at Johns Hopkins.
Prior to joining the Philadelphia SVN office, Steve served his clients in both the Delaware and Maryland offices. After graduating from business school, he spent the first few years of his career at JP Morgan Chase where he was an analyst in the Asset Management division.
Stephen completed a M.S. in Real Estate & Infrastructure at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and obtained a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware. He is a member of CCIM PA/DE/NJ, CoreNet, Urban Land Institute, ICSC Philadelphia, Commercial-Industrial Realty Council, and Associated Builders & Contractors of Delaware.

Tommy serves as a Senior Advisor at SVN | The Concordis Group, as well as, a Director with SVN’s National Commercial Real Estate Services team. He posses over eight years of experience, with the last four in exclusive tenant representation and advisory.
A licensed real estate professional, Tommy focuses on office and industrial tenant representation, property sales, and strategic planning. Some of his corporate and government clients include Medtronic, Benefits Data Trust, Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company, LapCorp, Aegis Project Controls, Iroko Pharmaceuticals, Philadelphia Gas Works, Philadelphia Housing Authority, Urban Affairs Coalition, and more. Tommy’s experience also includes advisory in the new FASB & IASB lease accounting standards that will be taking effect in 2019.
Currently, Tommy serves on two non-profit boards – SEAMAAC as the Real Estate Committee Chair and Ascend | Greater Philadelphia Chapter as the Vice President of Professional Programming.
Tommy is a graduate of Temple University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
Tommy is multilingual, fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
