Brian K. Edmonds, SIOR – Managing Director of SVN | The Concordis Group, has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as both a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor and a Corporate Real Estate Director of a Fortune 500 Company.

A licensed real estate broker in PA, NJ, DE and NY, Brian has a particular focus in office and industrial tenant representation, property sales and strategic real estate planning. Brian has represented a long list of corporate, non- profit and government clients in the Greater Philadelphia area.

As a member of the SVN Corporate Services practice, Brian brings a history of managing large corporate and institutional accounts with clients including Comcast Cable, Verizon Communications, URS Corporation, AT&T, Federal Express, the School District of Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of PA.

Brian is a recognized commercial real estate and business leader in the Philadelphia area. He has been featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ) in their “Dealmaker” series while also receiving the PBJ Minority Business Leader award and Best Real Estate Deals award. Additionally, he has been recognized with the prestigious Costar “Power Broker” award multiple times and received the 2013 SIOR Largest Office lease transaction National award.

Brian’s volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors of Corenet Global Philadelphia Chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Philadelphia Chapter, the Urban Affairs Coalition and the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA-NJ-DE.

Biography

Tim Roseboro has more than twenty (20) years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus in Office Leasing, Sales transactions and high level Advisory services.

Since joining Concordis Advisors in 2008, Tim has provided transaction management services involving sales and leasing to such companies as Verizon, School District of Philadelphia and PRWT Services, Lenfest Foundation and Stoneridge Investment Partners, LLC. Tim has built a particular portfolio of clients in the Charter School industry over the last 5 years.

Prior to joining Concordis Advisors, Tim held senior level positions at The Reinvestment Fund, Wachovia Bank and First Union Bank where he developed an extensive background in negotiation, deal structuring, underwriting analysis and project management. In addition, he is a seasoned relationship manager having been employed for a number of years as Vice President at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) focused on business development and client relationships. During Tim’s tenure at PIDC he served as primary project manager for a portfolio of more than $2 billion in real estate development assets. His portfolio of business included The Philadelphia Eagles Lincoln Financial Field, The Phillies Citizens Bank Park, The Kimmel Center for Performing Arts, the National Constitution Center and National Basketball Retired Players Association.

In 2015 Tim was recognized as a “Heavy Hitter in Real Estate” by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Lisa serves as Director of Operations & Finance for SVN | The Concordis Group. Lisa oversees the financial, technology & human resources functions within the company.

Lisa has more than 25 years experience in finance & administration. Lisa transitioned into the real estate industry as a buyers sales agent, learning first-hand how to put the client’s interests above anything else.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate practitioner, Lisa spent most of her career in higher education administration, where she developed exceptional management and financial skills working with “thought leaders”. She spent 10 years at a premier Ivy League institution managing one of the highest ranked real estate programs in the world.

Outside of the office, Lisa is passionately involved in community service and various professional activities. Curenntly, she sits on the Executive Board of the McKinley Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization and serves as its Treasurer. She is also a member of the McKinley Civic Association in her neighborhood.

Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School.

Stephen is a Managing Director for SVN | Corporate Property Strategies and member of the Corporate Real Estate Services Team. He is a consultant and real estate professional creating value for corporations, private equity firms, governments, universities, healthcare systems, and non-profits through real estate optimization and portfolio management.

Stephen provides brokerage, valuation, and advisory services, including real estate analytics, market feasibility and highest/best use studies, economic development strategies, and strategic marketing plans that reimagine underproductive assets. Additionally, Stephen invests in development projects and is an advocate for education, food innovation, and healthcare, including JHU Carey’s CityLab initiative. He has worked all over the country, in the most urban and rural places, and has built a diverse client base in commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, governmental, and institutional sectors.

Stephen is co-developing and presenting symposia on Public and Private Asset Optimization and Place-Making Economic Development, with successful events in Seattle, Wilmington, Chicago, Boca Raton, Salisbury, Dover and academic partners like the University of Delaware, Perdue Business School at Salisbury University, Florida Atlantic University, University of Washington, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Delaware State University.

Stephen is also co-innovating a new real estate product and tool (Corporate Real Estate Earnings Diagnostic or “CREED”) with SAP and JHU Carey on asset optimization and analytics. Prior to SVN, Stephen worked with the JP Morgan Chase, Co., where he spent most of his time as an investment and business analyst in Asset Management and Retirement Plan Services.

He is a candidate for the M.S. Real Estate & Infrastructure Program at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and completed a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware in 2011.

Mr. Wilk is National Director of Corporate Real Estate and Advisory Services for Sperry Van Ness (“SVN”) since 2010. David is a management consultant who creates value in today’s market for corporations, private equity firms, governments, universities, healthcare systems, and non-profits through real estate optimization strategies that generate new earnings, cost savings and economic development impact. Mr. Wilk also provides valuations on complex properties, market feasibility studies, “place-making” economic development strategies, and strategic marketing plans that reimagine underproductive real estate assets into innovative, new market drivers.

Mr. Wilk was formerly National Managing Director of Duff & Phelps Corporate Real Estate Advisory Group from 2008 through 2009 after they acquired Greystone Realty Advisors, a boutique advisory firm he founded in 1997. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Wilk was Regional Director of Corporate Real Estate Services for Ernst & Young LLP in the Middle Atlantic region. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Wilk was Managing Director of the Real Estate Valuation Group for Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia after they acquired Wilk & Associates, Inc., a real estate consulting company he founded in 1987. From 1977 to 1987, Mr. Wilk held senior management positions with Valuation Research Corporation, Arthur D. Little, and was National Director of Valuation Services for Kenneth Leventhal & Co while living in California.

Mr. Wilk was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics for 24 years (1989 to 2012) teaching Real Estate Finance (FINC 417), Real Estate Development & Investment (FINC 467), and MBA Real Estate Finance (FINC 854). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Delaware in 1976 and is completing a Master’s in Real Estate and Infrastructure at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

David is currently collaborating on CityLab graduate courses at Johns Hopkins Carey with Dr. Lindsay Thompson and has developed Symposia on Real Estate Optimization and Place-Making Economic Development Strategies at the University of Delaware, University of Illinois, Perdue Business School at Salisbury University, Florida Atlantic University, and Delaware State University. Mr. Wilk also co-innovated a new real estate data analytics platform (“Corporate Real Estate Earnings Diagnostic”) with SAP and keynoted on RE Asset Optimization in April, 2015 at SAP’s National Real Estate Conference.

Mr. Wilk has over 35 years of real estate experience on commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, governmental, and institutional real estate projects including having worked in 49 states in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Asia, and the South Pacific. Mr. Wilk is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) since 1985. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Delaware for over 25 years, and is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Delaware and Maryland. He has qualified as an expert witness in numerous State and Federal courts in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, California, Hawaii, and New York.
